I decided a week ago to follow the system of intermittent fasting and that the food period from 12 noon to 6 pm only. And the rest of the day drink only water.
I noticed the ease of this system and fasting and its effectiveness in terms of weight loss. Taking into account that I eat healthy food away from sweets and sugar. And the use of diet sugar in small quantities when needed only.
And I love to inform you about my daily program and what you ate. Perhaps one of you is following this intermittent fast so it will help him or her to lose weight without depriving.
Note: This intermittent fasting can reduce the amount of fat and reduce the size of the rumen and reduce swelling in it.
We start with the name of God.
First I started eating my breakfast at 12 noon as I said before .. I started drinking a glass of water with a spoon of Shea seeds and I was soaked the previous night to double the size in the water and added a lemon juice. This drink, in addition to the benefits of water and Shea seeds, makes us feel full during the day and relieve hunger. You can also add a teaspoon of honey.
Then I had a regular breakfast of spinach, lemon and half a small loaf of bread. And I also ate lettuce, because it also helps to satiety.
Then I drank a cup of tea without sugar .. I drank a little sugar diet.
